Turning the theoretical into practical expertise

At Locations North we want to arm our representatives with as much practical real world learning as possible.

Our complimentary mentoring program is about giving you as much “real” real estate experience as possible early in your career.

When you start with us we pair you with an experienced REALTOR® who is there to review paperwork, answer questions, and be a sounding board and your support system. Being a busy REALTOR®, they will have home inspections, listing presentations, and showings that they can take you on. Giving you much-needed experience that you wouldn’t normally get in your first months as a REALTOR®.

When you do have a successful sale, the Mentor is paid by the brokerage, not you. That way, they are tied into your success and are motivated to help you succeed in this business. Our mantra is your success is our success.
